Riders were confused & frustrated with the MBTA website because information across the website's pages were inconsistent regarding how to get to Gillette Stadium—and there are multiple ways to get there. To address these issues, I audited the MBTA website, learned about riders' experiences with the website & mTicket, and interviewed stakeholders in order to rewrite the Gillette Stadium page to give riders clear information on the following:
The different ways riders can access Gillette Stadium using public transportation
When, how, and where riders can purchase tickets for event trains
What riders need to know the day of their event
